  1. Taking into account the provisions of Article [90] of the Regulations, the payment service provider shall be responsible for unauthorized payment transactions.
  2. When a payment service user submits a complaint alleging a fraudulent payment transaction, the payment service provider shall deal with this complaint in accordance with the provisions of Article [129] of the Regulations.
  3. If this complaint is submitted to the SAMA, the payment service provider shall prove that the relevant conditions stipulated in the Paragraph [1] of Article [75] of the Regulations are met, in addition to providing evidence thereof to the SAMA for consideration and to determine the extent to which it meets those conditions.
